Trained as a Chef Patissier, Barry has created special food in the kitchens of the world’s best hotels, including the Savoy hotel in London where he made the Queen Mother’s 85th birthday cake. After a long career as Thornton’s Master Chocolatier, Barry Colenso now designs and creates chocolates of his own .He still makes chocolates for some very special people and in fact, Barry had the honour of helping the McVities Cake company make the chocolate groom cake for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for their wedding last year.
