Anila’s Authentic Sauces produces a range of superb Indian sauces and accompaniments. Uniquely made using fresh ingredients to give authentic great taste, and without preservatives, colourings or additives, Anila’s products have won many awards. The Goan Green Curry Sauce was named Best Vegan Product in The Veggie Awards 2011, and the Spicy Korma Curry Sauce scooped a Free From Food Award in 2009. The range has won 11 Great Taste Awards.
With eight varieties of curry sauce, Anila’s offers something for all tastes. The concentrated gourmet sauces are free from sugar, dairy, gluten, onion and garlic – ideal for those with specific allergies or intolerances – and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The range also includes 16 mouth-watering ‘handmade’ chutneys, pickles and dips, produced using single fruits and vegetables from sweet to hot… delicious with curries, cheeses, sandwiches and in marinades.
