As the UK’s foremost authority on productive gardening, the award-winning personality will entertain and enlighten visitors at the spectacular three-day ‘Grow Your Own’ event taking place at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire on March 15-17. It’s just over a month to the show and there is lots to do in the garden. More importantly, there is lots to plan. An old Hebrew proverb says “ When God was making the garden of Eden, he started with a plan!” Good advice. At the show this year there are lots of exhibits and events to help these plans come into fruition. First of all there are seeds! Hugely popular Michelin Star chef and TV personality John Burton-Race will get taste buds tingling with an array of fabulous recipes at The Edible Garden Show 2012. John will take to the stage in the cookery theatre at the show voted the Garden Event of the Year by the public after its launch in 2011. He will be conjuring up a host of mouth-watering treats on all three days of the event when it returns to Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, from March 16-18. BBC TV’s award-winning gardening presenter James Wong has signed up to The Edible Garden Show. The popular gardener who was a major success at this year’s launch event has signed a two-year deal with organisers to write an exclusive monthly column with gardening tips and recipes for The Edible Garden Show’s popular website and he will give a series of daily talks at the 2012 and 2013 shows.
