TV chef John Burton-Race on the menu at The Edible Garden Show

Hugely popular Michelin Star chef and TV personality John Burton-Race will get taste buds tingling with an array of fabulous recipes at The Edible Garden Show 2012. John will take to the stage in the cookery theatre at the show voted the Garden Event of the Year by the public after its launch in 2011. He will be conjuring up a host of mouth-watering treats on all three days of the event when it returns to Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, from March 16-18. It’s Chinese New Year on Monday (January 23) and we will be entering the Year of the Dragon – which as well as the fire breathing mythical creature brings images of the Dragon Fruit to mind. These particularly ugly fruit native to Central and South America are now cultivated in hot climates around the world. But along with other exotic fruit can be grown indoors even in Britain in a warm, airy room.
